In need of online support? Analox have you covered

At Analox we pride ourselves on upholding our company values, including giving excellent customer service and solving customer problems.

To maintain these values we offer technical and service support on both our website and our newly-launched app.

Fill in an online form

The support section of our site provides customers with a form to fill in to submit a request for assistance, and asks for details such as the type of support needed, and a timeframe of when they require a response. This means we can prioritise each customer’s request and respond in a timely manner.

It also features a link to our solutions database which contains FAQ’s for some of our products including the Ax60 and O2NE+

This may save you the trouble of contacting us, as there is a wealth of information on this database, so your question might have already been answered.

It is really easy to access the technical and service support section, and you will find it on our website listed under the info tab.

On our app, simply select ‘I need technical support’, and you will be offered the same options that are available on our website.

Alternatively, we offer an online support function on our website. Just click the ‘need help’ button on the bottom right-hand side of the website.

This will open a live instant messaging service which puts you in touch with either the UK sales team in Stokesley or the US sales team in California.

The live chat service aims to resolve queries on the spot, whether that be further information on a product or assistance on operating a product.

The service is available from 8am to 1am (UK time) and aims to minimise the delays caused by operating across time zones, and removes the need for international phone calls.
