24/7 technical support with Analox – wherever you are in the world

When you work with Analox, we will look after you every step of the way. From helping you choose the products that are right for your needs, to aftercare, we ensure that you are looked after. After all, our gas monitors and detectors are there to protect you and your staff.

If you have questions after purchasing one of our products, we urge you to get in touch with us, and you can do so in a variety of ways:

1 – Search our online database

We have a lot of useful information on our Knowledge Base, which may save you having to contact us.

Here you can find FAQs about our most popular products including the O2EII Pro and ACG+, as well as some of our legacy products like the EII CO.

If you need to test the alarm or relays, or calibrate your unit, there is useful information and videos available.

We constantly update the Knowledge Base with new information so please keep checking back.

2 – Fill in our online form

If you have a query which is not answered on the Knowledge Base, you can fill in our online form, which is available on our website, as well as our mobile app.

The benefit of using the online form over sending an email is that we ask you all the information we need to know on the form, meaning that we will be able to help you resolve your problem as soon as possible.

You can call our technical support team on +44 (0) 1642 711400 in UK work hours (9am to 5pm Monday- Thursday / 9am to 3pm Friday UK time).

If you have any issues outside of working hours, we have a 24/7 support line on 0800 211 8160 (UK and rest of the world) or (855) 711 4994 (US)

Please bear in mind that our support line is not available during English bank holidays:

4 – Talk to us online

If you want to chat with us in real time, you can do so on our website.

Just click on the ‘need help’ button at the bottom right of the screen. This will put you in touch with our UK or US-based sales teams. If they cannot answer your question, they will refer you through to our technical support team if they are available.

5 – Talk to us on Twitter

You can also reach us on social media – if you have a question tweet us @analoxsensors using the #analoxsupport hashtag. Our technical support team will investigate the issue you are having as soon as possible.
